BetBright In Play Offer – Super Sunday

It’s a super Sunday of Premier League action and BetBright are running a great little in play offer. Simply bet £20.00 pre-match on all three Premier League games today and BetBright will give us a £10.00 risk-free in play bet on the same game! Translated into matched betting terms, this gives us a potential profit of £117.15 and here’s how…

Qualifying Bets:

If you’re unfamiliar with qualifying bets, please see my Qualifying Bet Strategy page for a walk-through guide on how they should be done.

Today’s eligible matches are as follows…

Fixture Kick-Off
Arsenal v Leicester City 12:00
Aston Villa v Liverpool 14:05
Man City v Tottenham 16:15

It’s entirely up to you what you place your qualifying bets on, as long as you place them at the minimum odds of 1.66 (4/6) or above. Having looked at the odds available, I’ve opted to place my Arsenal v Leicester City qualifying bet on an Arsenal win.

We can calculate our lay stakes using my matched betting calculator…

As you can see, the calculator tells us that our lay stake should be £19.44…

Place £20.00 on Arsenal @ 1.72 = Potential profit of £14.40

Lay £19.44 on Arsenal @ 1.79 = Potential liability of £15.35

Let’s have a look at our potential profit/loss for the possible outcomes…

Arsenal win + £14.40 – £15.35 = £0.95 loss
Arsenal don’t win – £20.00 + £19.05 = £0.95 loss

So regardless of the result of match, we will lose £0.95 in qualifying for our £10.00 risk-free in play bet.

Risk-Free In Play Bets:

Our £10.00 risk-free in play bets need to be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (1/2) using our own funds. If our £10.00 in play bet loses, BetBright will refund our stake as a free bet.

It’s entirely up to you how you want to play this…

If you can find some decent odds in play (preferably at half-time), then it could be worth using the ‘Risk-Free Bet’ setting on my matched betting calculator to bank somewhere between £4.00-£5.00 profit on each game.

However, I’m not so sure we’ll be able to find great in play odds, so I’ll be using these risk-free bets as a punt. If I hit a winner, happy days and if I don’t, I should be able to extract 80% out of the £10.00 free bet refund as cash. This means I stand to lose a maximum of £3.00 on each match and I could win big.

If I were to place my £10.00 risk-free in play bet on a winning selection at odds of 5.00, I would have winnings of £40.00. If we take into account our qualifying loss of £0.95, this gives us a potential profit of £39.05 on each game. There are three eligible games today, giving us a potential overall profit of £117.15!

* I actually placed the following risk-free bets in play…

Selection Time placed Odds Profit/Loss
Leicester City to win First half 4.90 – £3.00
Liverpool to win by 4 or more goals Half-time 4.00 + £29.00
Over 2.5 goals in the game Half-time 9.50 + £84.00

So, as you can see, I made a total profit of £110.00 on this BetBright offer. *
