NetBet New Customer Offer – Arsenal v Man City

Kick-off time (GMT): 21/12/2015 : 20:00

As you know, I don’t often blog about new customer offers but NetBet are running a great enhancement on Arsenal v Man City and I thought it deserved a mention. If you don’t already have a NetBet account, listen up! By betting on Arsenal to beat Man City, we can make a guaranteed profit of £17.89 and here’s how…

NetBet Offer Arsenal v Man City

To claim this offer, we need to open a new account and enter code ‘XMAS10’ in the ‘Deposit Bonus Code’ area at the top of the Cashier page, before making our first deposit.

We will be credited an initial £0.01 as a free bet upon activating the bonus, which confirms that we are eligible to receive the full free bet bonus.

Having looked at the lay odds available, it’s going to be more profitable to place our bets on Arsenal. We must place our FIRST BET of £10.00 on Arsenal to win at the current market price and if our bet wins, we will be paid in cash based on the normal price and will have the extra amount, bringing the bet up to the cumulative payout, credited as a free bet, and added to our account within 48 hours.

The odds of Arsenal beating Man City at the time of writing are 2.30, so if Arsenal win the match, we will receive £23.00 in cash and a £57.00 free bet which makes £80.00 in total. Our free bet must be rolled over 3 times at minimum odds of 1.60 and will expire after 60 days if not used. By using straightforward matched betting we should be able to extract £47.00 cash from the £57.00 free bet, giving us total cash returns of £70.00 and effective odds of 7.00.

I like to place my exchange lay bets with Smarkets as they have great liquidity, the site is really easy to use and they only charge 2% commission in comparison to the 5% charged by other betting exchanges.

We can enter our effective odds into my matched betting calculator to work out our correct lay stake…

As you can see, the calculator tells us that our lay stake should be £28.46…

NetBet

Place £10.00 on Arsenal @ 2.30 = Potential profit of £13.00

smarkets white

Lay £28.46 on Arsenal @ 2.48 = Potential liability of £42.11

Let’s have a look at our overall profit/loss for the possible outcomes…

Arsenal win + £13.00 – £42.11 + £47.00 (extracted from £57.00 free bet) = £17.89 profit
Arsenal don't win - £10.00 + £27.89 = £17.89 profit

So regardless of the result of the match, we’ll make a guaranteed profit of £17.89 on this NetBet enhanced odds offer for new customers.

The NetBet free bet would need to be rolled over 3 times at minimum odds of 1.60 or above. That basically means you need to place £171.00 worth of bets at odds of 1.60 before you're able to withdraw the free bet money, unless of course you lose your money into your exchange account first. Use the 'Free bet - Stake returned' setting on my matched betting calculator to calculate your lay stakes.

Be sure to take advantage of the advent calender at NetBet too. This calender beats any other bookie hands down. I've had 4 x £100 deposit bonuses and various cash bonuses ranging from £5-30 just in the month off December alone and the month isnt even up yet :-)

Can the 'XMAS 10' code be combined with the 50% deposit introduction offer?

Yes the sooner you lose it into your exchange account the better as you no longer to have to complete the rollover.

So I initially won this bet with £57. Just put a £57 bet on draw between Soton v Arsenal @ 3.35 and layed it on smarkets with a £55.67 bet @ 3.45. If the draw doesn't happen then I am expecting a £54.56 profit. Is this correct?
