Enhanced Snooker Double – William Hill

  • O’Sullivan and Selby both to win tomorrow, 11/10, max stake £100.

Betfair lay odds indicate the price should be 1.875.

You can attempt to lock in risk free profit or just let your stake run on the value price, undecided as yet what to do. SkyBet have the same enhanced double at 10/11 so it might not last for very long.

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

So do you lay the first then if win underlay the second to get zero if loss or a profit of win

    Assuming they don’t overlap I guess ?

Great spot! Can’t see this lasting long before the take it down? Is 100 the max or has anyone tried betting more?
Yes Simon that is possible because they don’t overlap. I am thinking of doing just that
for a profit of £39 if both win (at current odds) and nothing if they don’t but I may lay slightly more on Selby for guaranteed profit if O’sullivan wins, can’t decide.

    What is everyone else doing?

Simon just to clarify, the method I am talking about is underlaying the first match so you lose nothing if the first match loses, and then you can either underlay the second for more profit if it wins or lay for a guaranteed profit.

I may just let it run but will decide tomorrow.

In case anyone is interested, to lock in £10.68 profit for all outcomes lay Ronnie for £112.95 at 1.35 – then ONLY if he wins lay Selby for £153.28 at 1.39 (assumes 2% commission).

Cheers Dash, my max stake was £98 so I’ve layed O’Sullivan for £103.16. Ill then lay Selby to make risk free

    Nice one Jez 🙂

One thing though… assumes 2% – I don’t think Smarkets offer markets for each match, only the tournament winner? Or is there another exchange that charges 2%?

    TIA

Jeremy, what exchange are you placing your lays with? I can’t see it on Smarkets, so everyone just be aware that the numbers would have to adjusted for 5% commision for Betfair which makes quite a few pounds difference with such big stakes.

Yeh I just realised that after I posted – not sure of other exchanges which will have these games with competitive odds and liquidity other than BF.

Replacing the lay stakes with 114.52 and 156.72 gives £8.80 guaranteed after 5% commission. Shame its not on smarkets

Someone help me out here. I cant have done this right.

    100 x 2.1 = 210 ….. 110 profit

    Lay ronnie 105.26 @ 1.37 liab 38.94

    Ronnie loses – profit = £0
    Ronnie wins
    Lay Selby for £50 @ 1.42 liab 21.00

    Both win profit = £50.06
Ronnie wins selby loses = £47.50

    Is that right? Surely not?

Just figured it out. Silly me. Ronnie wins selbly loses would be only £8.56 profit

Laying off with other bookies is a good idea. 365 have Ronnies opponent at 3.75 and PP have Sulbys at 3.4 so you can lock in £8.70 with this method.
