Didn’t get my free bet even tho I contacted chat..
£10 ew on a horse and it came 2nd to the sp fav .so money back I thought £10..
No free bet as per terms I was told if your returns exceeds your total stake..
I staked £10 ew so total spend £20.. My horse came 2nd so I won £10 plus my stake of £10 total return £20.
Informed that I staked £20 – £20 won so that equals 000..
Sound misleading and think it’s only possible to gain if we hit 2nd to the sp fav and you only stake on the win only market…
