II. Significant Conditions

1. The [Cheltenham ACCA Promotion] is valid during the Cheltenham Festival 2025 from 00:00:00 GMT on 11/03/2025 until 23:59:59 GMT on 14/03/2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
2. The Promotion is available via the 888port website or app to 888sport customers in the UK and Ireland only.
3. Each day during the Promotion Period you can receive a £/€5 Free Bet token by placing a qualifying bet on any day of the Promotion Period (available once a day).
4. To qualify, you must place a total of £/€20 or more in 'real money' cash stakes (this can be one bet or more) on Cheltenham Festival horse races taking place on the same day as your bet on multiples bets containing 3+ legs (minimum combined odds 3/1 |4.00|) (a “qualifying bet”).
5. Bets must be settled on the same day to qualify.
6. Free Bet stakes, bets placed with any type of bonus money and void, duplicated and cashed out bets do not qualify.
7. A maximum of one £/€5 Free Bet token per customer, per day, can be won.
8. If you meet the qualifying criteria, your Free Bet token will be credited immediately upon settlement of your qualifying bet (please allow up to 72 hours in extenuating circumstances).
9. Your Free Bet token must be claimed within 3 days of being credited (the “Claim Period”). This can be done by clicking the 'Claim' button in the confirmation e-mail we'll send you, or via the pop-up message when you log in to your account.
10. Your Free Bet will be valid to use for 7 days from when you claim, provided it is claimed during the Claim Period.
11. Any Free Bet which is not claimed during the Claim Period will be forfeited.
12. Free Bet tokens won and claimed in this Promotion can be used on any sports market.
13. Free Bet tokens must be used in their entirety. They cannot be used to place a succession of smaller bets.

III. Additional Promotion terms

1. Bet Limits still apply to individual customers when using Free Bet tokens.
2. If you win a bet with your Free Bet token, you will only receive the winnings; the Free Bet stake will not be included in your returns.
3. Free Bet tokens cannot be combined with 'real money' stakes.
4. Bets placed with Free Bet tokens cannot be cashed out.
5. 888sport offers are intended for recreational players and 888sport may limit the eligibility of customers to participate in any promotion.
6. 888sport’s decision is final on all matters relating to the awarding of any Free Bet Tokens and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or any third party.
7. 888Sport may vary or cancel any promotion, bonus or special offer at any time as set out in the General Terms and Conditions.

IV. General Terms and Conditions
1. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to breach these terms and conditions. These unfair types of play include, without limitation, the following:
a) using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises risks or opposite betting);
b) sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others and/or taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you;
c) taking part in a promotion that is not available in the country you live in;
d) using more than one account per household or per IP address;
e) colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage) in relation to the Promotion;
f) taking advantage of broken mechanics and combination of loopholes on the game that leads to abusing the promotion/bonus; and
g) purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus.

2. If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses, offers or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus/offer you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:

a) void any bets funded by a bonus (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
b) withhold or remove any winnings relating to any bonus/offer.

3. We reserve the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet, stake or similar transaction requested by you: (a) where you have breached these terms and conditions; or (b) at any time in our sole discretion, except that we will not exercise (or seek to enforce) any such restriction if you have already made one or more bets in respect of the Promotion and the exercise of our discretion would affect your ability to:
a) receive the full expected value of the Bonus from the Promotion, where you have fulfilled all eligibility requirements; or
b) place the remaining bets and consequently receive the full expected value from the Promotion to which you would be entitled as a result.

4. Regardless of anything else set out in these terms and conditions, you can withdraw funds from your main balance at any time, except where we must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.

5. You may not participate in the Promotion (and you will not be entitled to receive any Bonus) if you have previously been informed by 888 that you are excluded from participating in promotions or any gaming or wagering on either of the Sites or the 888 iOS or Android Mobile apps.

6. We can change or cancel this Promotion, or change these terms and conditions:
a) without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation; or
b) by giving you reasonable notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems we use to provide this promotion, we identify a mistake in these terms and conditions, or we are discontinuing the Promotion for any reason).

7. We can also award an equivalent bonus/offer to the one referred to in this Promotion.

8. We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed, or affect your ability to enter or take part in the Promotion. If there is any dispute over your eligibility for the Promotion, our decision will be final.
