Build #YourOdds Bet & Get – Brighton v Man City

1. Stake £5+ on any Build #YourOdds market between Tuesday 23rd May to Wednesday 24th May on Brighton v Man City on the SSBT or Smart Hub and receive a £5 free bet.

2. Free bet must be placed on SSBT or Smart Hub on any football market.

3. Free bet is non-refundable, may not be withdrawn, cannot be partially redeemed, and expires 3 days from issue.

4. Free credit will be excluded from any winnings.

5. If your qualifying bet is void or has been cashed out/partially cashed out, your free bet will be canceled.

b) Bet £5 or more on a Build #YourOdds market on Brighton v Man City (Sun 21st May 16:00) using an SSBT or Smart Hub and receive a £5 free bet to redeem on any football market in the shop using an SSBT or Smart Hub (the free bet).

c) Free Bet from Tuesday 23rd May to Wednesday 24th May (bonus period) and any Free Bet that has not been redeemed during the bonus period will expire.

d) The Free Bet is non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as cash or partially redeemed. The value of your Free Bet is therefore not included in, and cannot be withdrawn as part of, any winnings you make from your Free Bet.

e) If your qualifying bet is void or has been cashed out/partially cashed out, your free bet will be canceled.

f) Your qualifying bet cannot be used in conjunction with any other William Hill offer.

g) This promotion is limited to one Free Bet per customer.

i) Place £5 or more between Tuesday 23rd May to Wednesday 24th May on any Build #YourOdds market on Brighton v Man City on the SSBT machine or using Smart Hub.

1. Bet must be in GBP with cash or debit card (online funds will not count).
   
   
2. Once a bet is struck the machine will automatically print out a £5 free bet slip that can then be redeemed by scanning on the SSBT machine.
   
   
3. Once scanned on the machine, the Free Bet will be added to your balance to allow you to place your bet on any football market from Thursday 25th May to Saturday 26th May 2023.

a) We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to breach these terms and conditions. We define these types of play as the following:

• using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimizes risks or opposite betting);
• sharing personalized promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others and/or taking part in any personalized promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you;
• colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage) in relation to the Promotion;
• taking advantage of broken mechanics and a combination of loopholes on the game that leads to abusing the promotion/bonus; and
• purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus.
  
  

b) If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses or promotions, reclaim any bonus you have received as part of any promotion we have canceled, and either:

• void any bets funded by a bonus (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
• remove any winnings relating to any bonus.
  
  

c) In addition to these terms and conditions, your participation in any gaming or wagering made available in William Hill shops is governed by our general terms (the "Fair Deal Rules") which are displayed in our shops and available on request from shop staff. You should therefore ensure that you have read and understood the Fair Deal Rules and these terms and conditions before taking part in this Promotion. In the case of any discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the Fair Deal Rules, these terms and conditions shall take precedence.

d) William Hill reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet, stake, or similar transaction requested by you: (a) where you have breached these Promotion Terms (and/or the Fair Deal Rules); or (b) at any time in our sole discretion, except that we will not exercise (or seek to enforce) any such restriction if you have already made one or more qualifying bets in respect of the Promotion and the exercise of our discretion would affect your ability to:

• receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the Promotion, where you have placed all the necessary qualifying bets.
• place the remaining qualifying bets required by the Promotion, and consequently receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the Promotion, to which you would be entitled as a result; or
• materially affect your ability to complete the qualifying bets required by the Promotion.
  
  

e) You may not participate in the Promotion (and you will not be entitled to receive any Free Bets) if you have previously been informed by William Hill that you are excluded from participating in promotions or any gaming or wagering in William Hill shops.

f) Your qualifying bet cannot be used in conjunction with any other William Hill offer, therefore will not count if used on our other trading promotions such as Super Odds, Double Your Odds, Epic Odds, Flash Odds or Enhanced Odds.

g) William Hill has the right to refuse or withhold Free Bets (or any winnings from Free Bets) in the event of funds you have wagered being canceled or denied by any payment service.

h) We can change or cancel this promotion, or change these terms and conditions:

1. without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation; or
2. by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems, we use to provide this promotion, or we identify a mistake in these terms and conditions).
   
   

i) We can also award an equivalent bonus to the one referred to in this promotion.

j) These terms and conditions are governed by, and interpreted in line with, the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action in connection with these terms and conditions will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales.
