Debit card or Apple Pay?

Hi, I’m new to matched betting. Hoping to get it right!
I’ve set up a new current account and waiting for my debit card. Can I use Apple Pay instead of a debit card or does that invalidate the process?
It would be with Betfred.Secondly, do both sides of the bet need to be equal?
