I had the same issue, Just been on live chat and within 2 minutes they have credited my free bet no questions asked. Could be a systems error that isn’t automatically creating the free bets on the accounts?

I wonder if there is a problem with their system, I was due an ACCA refund which never appeared, they’re usually pretty good at crediting them.

Glad you have all got your free bets (I didn’t pick any Coral winners yesterday, lol) but I would hate having to go on Live Chat to ask for them – nothing like a record of you asking for your free bets!!
