Place £25.00 on Gerwyn Price @ 3.50 = Potential profit of £62.50
Lay £25.00 on Gerwyn Price @ 3.55 = Potential liability of £63.75
Let’s have a look at our potential profit/loss for the possible outcomes…

So, if Gerwyn Price loses 7-5, we’ll make a nice profit of £48.75. Any other outcome and we’ll have made a loss of £1.25. Risking £1.25 to make a profit of £48.75, gives us effective odds of 40.00. So, given that the odds of Gerwyn Price losing 7-5 are 5.50, this is a profitable offer in the long run.
