The Oddsmatcher is now leaving public beta. Thanks to everyone who has used it over the past few months and sent in feedback, bug reports and suggestions. It’s a much better tool for it.
As planned, moving out of beta means introducing our paid membership, MBB Plus. It goes live the week of 26th October, and here’s what it looks like.
Everything that’s free stays free
Nothing that is currently free on Matched Betting Blog is becoming paid. The offers, guides, calculators, forum, and Discord will continue exactly as they are.
Our Smarkets 0% commission offer will remain completely free too. You’ll still be able to qualify for 0% commission by placing a qualifying lay bet through the Oddsmatcher, with no Plus membership required.
The Oddsmatcher is a little different, as it has been free to use throughout the public beta. Here’s how that changes.
The Oddsmatcher
The Oddsmatcher will still be free to use, although the ratings available for qualifying bets and free bets will be capped for free accounts. Plus members will have unrestricted access to all results, including the best available matches.
What membership includes
Unrestricted Oddsmatcher access. Every match, with no rating caps, plus everything you’ve come to expect, including saved filters and one-click lay bets on Smarkets and Matchbook.
Bet Builder Helper (launching imminently). A new tool that uses live odds to find the best selections for your Bet Builders, then places all of your lay bets in a single click. There will also be a free version, without live odds, recommended lay bets, or single-click lay bet placement.
More to come
As new tools launch over the coming months, they’ll be added to Plus automatically, at no extra cost. We’re planning tools to help with things like 2UP offers and accumulators, alongside our own take on some other matched betting tools.
Pricing
There are two options. Both renew automatically, and you can cancel future renewals at any time.

Founder pricing, locked in
For a limited time after launch, anyone who joins can lock in their renewal rate. Your renewal price stays at £24.99 a month or £199.99 a year for as long as you remain continuously subscribed, whatever happens to pricing for new members down the line. After the Founder window closes, the option to lock in these rates will no longer be available.
What happens next
Plus goes live the week of 26th October. Until then, the Oddsmatcher stays exactly as it is now, so you don’t need to do anything. When the switch happens, the free version will carry on working with ratings capped, and anyone who wants the full tool can upgrade from any of the links on the website.
