Does anyone know if you have to use your free bet on the NEXT ch4 race for the bet365 4/1 offer? I noticed at 2.55 that the 2.55 race was the next race! Frantically placed a £50 bet on the favourite at 2.56pm which luckily was accepted and managed to lay it at not too bad odds for £30 profit, phew! Would have been so gutted if I had wasted my free bet

Pedro as Yala Enki’s SP was below 3/1 you unfortunately don’t get a free bet from betfair….Simon I got my free bet from WH straight away, I assume you probably didn’t do it on your mobile, many people forget even though we have mentioned time and time again it was mobile only! Kitch, Bet 365s offer is for the next race only.

Still on WH chat. They claim I bet on Internet as that’s what their system says. However this is impossible as I used the app on my phone

My Bet365 won the 2.35, and then the risk free £50 won the next race, but then lost the third. Made about £60 on it. 🙂

Didn’t get anywhere. They insisted it was a internet bet and therefore not valid

I’ve followed up with an email as they obviously have a problem somewhere.

Felt like a busy day but haven’t made much. Punted on the villa boost and west brom/Arsenal/man c treble which both let me down. And too many horses won so had to top up exchange again 🙁
