Bit of advice please guys.

Been doing this for 5/6 months now and its going well, with only PP and BV having gubbed me to date, however this morning I’ve discovered another issue.

Have been qualifying for Coral, bet £20 over last 4 weeks, and get £20 free bet every day of Cheltenham offer, having received emails confirming I’ve qualified every week until this week.

So i called today to double check when my bets would be credited only to be told I’ve been gubbed! Ive gone on a rant as I’ve placed the qualifying bets and they can’t pull it a day before the free bets are due to be released.

Any advice? I don’t think they can do this as I’ve had emails along the way confirming I’ve qualified.

They always have a clause in the T&C allowing them to refuse any of promotion. Not sure what you can do I’m afraid.

I got gubbed after 1st week so stopped doing it.. Surprised to see when I logged onto my account today that they have offered me a £20 free bet, presumably for that first week. Makes me wonder whether I should have done the remaining 3 weeks / the extent of my gubbing.

Robbo – Assuming they did not advise you in writing in advance then try ‘nicely’ threatening to take them to IBAS if the they do not reconsider their decision.

IBAS are the equivalent of the banking regulators for the bookies and I have read in threads elsewhere that this threat will often work!
