Did Matt’s Bet365 Dutch method as per instruction and no £50 refund on the draw . Done a few of these but got no email telling me I am resticed. Tried customer service no answer. Any help please, contact gambling commission? Any redress? Even got the promo email sent. I made sure the inplay bet was inplay also.Thanks in advance.

Are you sure it hasn’t been refunded? Just asking as it just goes straight into your balance and doesn’t appear as a free bet or bonus like most other bookies.

Thanks for the reply Chappers, definitely no refund place £50/on Barcelona and £50 inplay on the draw, only £90 odd in there from the Barcelona win

Have they got a chat facility Mr t? I’ve found this to be the best way to contact bookies. I find it odd they haven’t credited your account . They are normally consistent within 2 hours of the match ending.

Thanks for the replies guys, tried all your advice, messaged them and awaiting reply. My gut feeling is I’ve been gubbed as clause 8 in t & cs says they can void free bets at there discretion, seems a bit unfair though.

I went on live chat just now and there’s a message before you get through saying that they’ve had issues processing refunds. Lot of people complaining on twitter too.

I’m sure its nothing to worry about MrT. Twitter was awash with folk saying they hadn’t had their £50’s refunded this morning. A couple of pals were amongst them. They phoned livechat, got an apology and their money back straight away.
+0I still haven’t received mine, although I even got the message saying I was refunded but no sign of it…..where is best to contact them? Tried ringing and also emailed no word though

Try live chat I am going to tonight when I get back from work, just checked Twitter and loads of people haven’t got refund unless it’s a mass gubbing!

Phew, just got my refund nearly 24 hours later . Horrah not gubbed after all. Not like Bet365 to be so slow. Thanks guys for the input.

Send a complaint email there terms and cons say you will be refunded in two hours after the game finishes. You might get a free bonus out of them
