Just curious if someone received Free bet after betting on BetStation machine in-shop at Ladbrokes. After one team let me down yesterday, i asked for Free Bet today. Staff member said promotion is only valid for coupons. I told her that in T & C it says Bet Stations qualifies as well. At the end i didnt get my free bet. Anyone got experiance with this?

I had a similar situation about a year ago. I was told that because the acca was placed on the betstation it didn’t count. I showed the staff member their own t&c’s on their website on my phone, he relented.
Looking at website now, it would appear that whilst there are minimum odds requirements, as long as those conditions are met, then bets struck on a betstation count.
Hi, Ladbrokes shop do ACCA insurance on the betting terminal on in-play only I believe, as well as the printed ACCA insurance coupon for midweek and weekend football. Paddy Power also have betting terminal ACCA insurance at minimum odds of 1.33 per leg, but the odds can be quite poor for both companies machines, except on outright markets for all sports and some ante-post stuff.
