matched betting as a non-uk citizen using a friends details?

I live in Belgium and I really want to start matched betting, the problem is of course that the biggest part of the bookies/exchanges are not available here. I do have a friend who lives in the UK and I would be able to use his info. Would matched betting be possible if I use a good vpn and my friends details? (he would send a picture of his passport and proof of living) Would it be possible to deposit funds through my personal debit/credit card? or will I have to make a paypal account on his name? any suggestions/tips are welcome.
