Need help pls! How to lay a free bet when I’ve to back and lay 2 selections+

Hi folks!
I’ve received a free bet but I’ve to back and lay this free bet with a minimum of 2 selections! (Back 2 bets (in one single bet) / lay 2 bets)
With the MB calculator it’s easy to lay one free bet (Free bet/SNR – back / lay etc) but I don’t know how to lay 2 or more ‘free bet’ selections in one single bet?
Is there a MB calculator that I can plug the numbers in?
