Wagering requirements

  • Struggling to get my head round how to extract my money from an account where the wager requirement needs to be bet. Joined ComeOn and deposited £25 to get a £25 bonus therefore I had £50 to play with. My bet won in ComeOn and now have £212.50 in my account, about £43 was profit. Please can someone tell the best way I can extract this money without losing any of much profit?

  • New to matched betting?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

Wow, “placed on combo bets only (two or more bets combined)”, really? That’s dire.

You said “the t&c’s are i need to water my deposit and bonus 8 times so £400 at min odds of 2”. This is what my advice was based on. Were you aware of the need to bet on multiples then? No offence but I’ve given up checking the T&Cs of offers when people cba.

You need to figure out how much you’d stand to lose if you were forced to cut your losses at any point. Do you still have enough cash to keep your exchange account topped up if you kept winning at the bookie? Will any losses be absorbed by previous or future match betting profits?

The most foolproof way to lay multiples is on the betfair acca markets, e.g. https://www.betfair.com/exchange/plus/#/football/market/1.124117902

It’s more efficient (i.e. better odds) to lay each leg individually but it’s only possible when they don’t overlap. If it’s not something you’re already familiar with I suspect you may find this too fiddly, and I worry you’d only be prone to make further mistakes.
