Winner deposit bonus term and conditions

  • I’ve tried to use the winner 100% first deposit bonus to make some solid profit, unfortunately their T&Cs aren’t friendly (overlooked on my part)
Could someone clarify what they’re saying in the quote below? Is it that they will clear the account of any winnings from bets made with your deposit? e.g all the liability that I lost from the exchange into winner…

    Thank You!

“You must complete the turnover requirement within 14 days of receiving your bonus in order to be able to withdraw your bonus and/or winnings generated from your deposit and bonus. If the turnover requirements for this offer have not been met within 14 days of receiving the bonus, winnings and bonuses held in your balance (both bonus and cash balance) will be forfeited. If a withdrawal is requested before you complete the turnover requirements of the deposit and bonus, then any winnings from the bets wagered will be forfeited and the offer will no longer be available to you.”

  • New to matched betting?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

They say you’re Donald Ducked. You’re not the first.

So will all the winnings now in winner actually be lost at the end of the 14 days?

Yes, if you don’t complete all of the required turnover within 14 days you will lose the bonus and winnings from any bets placed. As you’ve been matched betting these, that is clearly a bad thing. Before you throw good money after bad, make sure you are comfortable you have enough money to complete the turnover if you keep winning there.

But if you try to complete the turnover requirement you can only withdraw 2000 and the rest goes where? Also it says you need to settle bets to 3200 pounds but they don’t seem to be adding up in the bonus requirements part of my account… so basically the only way to get the money out is to consistently win on the exchange?!

If your float can’t cover the rollover and only if I must stress.
Bet lots of small bets on football, tennis etc on the favourite if odds meet criteria .
Don’t lay them and hope the law of averages mean you win at least half.
Not ideal but if your gonna lose your money anyway at least you you have a chance this way.
I read on here someone got out of real trouble this way.
Also if you read all their terms you are only allowed to win a max of £1500 with the bonus so carrying on punting to complete the rollover has big risks as well if you keep laying and winning.

I’ve currently got 1,500 in Winner (obviously I’ve messed up royally) what would anyone recommend I do? attempt to complete the turnover by wagering 3200, or keep trying to get it back into the exchange and risk losing more?

I have about another 600 in smarkets and would be able to deposit another 1000? what do you mean covering the rollover? It seems impossible based on the t&cs. I’ve wagered quite a bit and yet the wagering requirement still says 3100 pounds (of the total 3200). Should I be attempting to minimise my losses at this point?

How much did you deposit in the 1st place?

£200? Gutter mate!! I was thinking if you are almost certainly gonna lose it all you may as well just punt like £100 or £200 bets on tennis or something,As in tennis as you know only 2 results are possible! I expect you have minimum odds that you have to bet on as well knowing your bad luck?

Have you read the bit that part of the bets have to be multiples? Yep, the terms their are out to crush you. However I live chatted them when I was doing the same, and they said do the min odds required, roll it over and you’re okay. They’ll accept it.

Anyways I did this and took me about 2k to get it rolled over every bet was winning on Winner, ended up rolling it over and the withdraw was fine. It’s just a scary process when more and more money is dumped their.

Sorry to hear about your predicament.

I don’t why the Winner offer is still on this website. Lots of people on here have been caught out.

You’ll still make a good few grand from matched betting (X 2 or 3 if you can open up some accounts for your ma or pa etc) so it’s not so the end of the world.

i agree with minister. Matt sort it out and stop advertising this offer/bookie. There is a thread once per week where ppl are losing 100’s.

This offer is a matched bettors nightmare.

Sorry about your situation felil. I think you have got good advice here. I think you’ll be down but hopefully you can limit the damage to something acceptable.

    Good luck.
