Hi just after some advice, I opened up a paddy account for my mum, different address, bank card phone number the lot, now I know this is foolish but I wanted to withdraw some money, she had £390.00 in it, went on chat asked if and how to withdraw, pretending to be a 65 year old woman is hard!! They said send in documents so I did over the phone bank card passport utility bill the lot. Just got email account is closed due to security reasons! Can they hold on to the money? Been match betting for a while, major mess up I know!! Any advice cheers?

I’d just send them an email, asking when will they will return the money.

Were you betting for her using the same device/ip that you use to place bets in your own name?

Why did you contact them asking how to make a withdrawal (presumably you know how to do that)?

Yes I know how to do it but I got asked for verification, unknown to me the names didn’t match up! Spelt differently, asked my mum she said it’s been like that for years (on the document) very expensive mess up. I think My mb days are over, thanks for the reply Mr crispy. All the bets were on her ip or 4G. Thanks again.

Ah I see…

Keep on at them then, that sort of thing must happen, based on what you’ve said I don’t see how they can retain the funds, it will probably just take a few emails and a little patience.
