Advice re Ladbrokes gubbing please

  • All,

    Laddies haven’t given out a free bet they owe from Day 2 to me. However, I have since been resticted so can’t even use the one I have currently! I went on live chat to ask and he just said to contact their telephone team to use it.

    Anyone else been through this and is it worth all the effort? I know they sort of owe me £50 in free bets but also accept gubbings are part of the game…

    You have no right to a free bet, they don’t have to give them out i’m pretty sure. There is another thread regarding this, I feel you just have to accept its part of matched betting and move on.

    Cheers Ryan. I’ll not waste my time then. Just cleared the £1k mark after 6 weeks so feeling pretty happy anyway!

    Haha no worries mate congratz on reaching your first 1k mark, you’ll find the next 2k & 3k will come fairly quick now you have a bigger float to play with!

    If you earned the free bet before they restricted you, then they have to credit it to your account.

    Yes, they should give you the free but they can restrict the ability to use it. BetVictor did that to me.

    Ladbroke have just restricted my account to small bets. 🙁

    It appears the most I can win now is £75, not ideal when I was previously using the free £25 bets at odds of 10+

    So now I can either punt the £25 or match it and make £15…
