Did all the above Cheltenham offers and free bets are there, but no free bet token or tab to select. It looks like all the money is lumped together. Any help please these sites are driving me nuts !

treat the first part of your funds as the free bet if its there for the amount of your free bet works okay for me. You just cant select or tick anything thats all
