Bet365 Welcome offer – Rollover advice please!

  • Have been matched betting for a while now, playing slow and steady but got the hang of everything now, and used most of the other welcome offers. Think I’m ready to go for the big bet365 offer, with the full £200. Just want to check before parting with so much money.

Found odds Ukraine vs Wales draw 3.75/3.85, so only an initial loss of £8.09 on my qualifying £200 bet. I know the odds aren’t the smallest possible but my logic is that hopefully back bet won’t win.

I just want to confirm how much I have to roll-over if my qualifying/free bet wins/loses. I know I need to roll-over £1200 ((£200+£200)*3) just to withdraw my free bet – is that only if my free bet wins? or regardless? If my free bet loses surely I don’t have any money in Bet365 to withdraw so don’t need to rollover?

Also, if my free bet wins (which hopefully it won’t because will go for high odds to extract as much as profit anyway) but if my free bet wins do I have to rollover £1200, or roll-over the amount I’ve won? Which could be huge at £200 on high odds.

I’ve read other peoples post’s about this but just wanted to clarify these things. Any help appreciated!! Thanks!

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

    It’s not a free bet, it’s a bonus.

You have to rollover deposit + bonus times the wagering, nothing to do with the amount you win. You need to lose to avoid the rollover, ideally twice to get rid of the bonus and initial £200 deposit.

First off I wouldn’t dive in to odds of 3.75/3.85 you can definitely get closer. Also look to do it on a QPR game as you then get 0% commission using Smarkets which will reduce your losses almost to Nil.(I managed £205 profit from £200 bonus due to bet365 odds being higher than the exchange) Regarding the rollover you only need to rollover if your free bet wins, if it loses the bonus is over hence its so so much easier if the free bet loses.

If the free bet wins you need to rollover £1200…so you can either do 6 x £200 bets 1 x £1200 its fully up to you, just make sure you have enough money in your exchange as you don’t want to be in the situation where all your money has lost in the exchange and is stuck as bonus funds in bet365.

    Alright, got it, thanks guys!

So I’ll wait to find closer odds, keep an eye on QPR games, and hope that my qualifying and free bets both lose.

I did my qualifying and bonus on the same event, soon as you do the £200 you can then use the £200 bonus as well…obviously this involves more risk and you need a biggish exchange balance.

If you plan on using 365 often then I wouldn’t even worry about rollovers etc. Just treat the £200 as your money. The inplay football offers, Grand National, C4 racing will rollover your balance plenty in the 90 days.

If you are in a rush then i’d stick to odds around the minimum required 1.50, you won’t need to create massive liability in the exchange that way. You shouldn’t lose more than £10-20 of the bonus so long as you find close matches.
