Apparently enhanced odds are credited within 48 hours, plus you we’re suppose to get a free £5 bet for the first race which didn’t appear unless you went into chat…So yeh typical bookie bullshit messing around and hoping..

I’ve also got the Douvan sign up with Betway enhanced to 33/1, might lay that one off, will have a look at the race card tmro…Altior was lucky to win tday the other horse clipped that fence it was race on last 400 yards….Big favorites big let downs usually.
+0I also haven’t received the free bets from Altior winning and the £5 free bet. I tried to get on live chat but it took so long for them to reply that I missed the response. I sent an offline message and got an auto-acknowledgement of my query but no response as yet.

+0I had a reply from them and they said to try entering anything with odds of 2 or above on betslip and the free bet was there. Didn’t get the £5 free bet though.

Exact same reply Wooly, starting to think they’ve pulled the wool over our eyes..Tried clearing cookies the lot, no free bet option. Their whole operation stinks I don’t like it..
+0Finally got an email response from support this morning and my free bets have now been credited – the £5 FB that was supposed to be used on day 1 and the £33 FB from the Altior win
