Betsafe withdrawal problems

Hi there basically last weekend with their offers I won 1.2k with them and have withdrawn all the funds. 1 week on and they are still pending. Lady said I need to wait a few more days for additional security checks. Have withdrawn once before which took an age. Anyone else in the same situation and any advice???

They are owned by betsson who are the 6th biggest online betting company worth $1.6b!!!
Their share price is at its highest for a month.They are not some ‘fun66’ group. Your withdrawal would have flagged as it is a big in and out imo.

Although I agree with pbetts on this, you can’t really rely on them being a subsidary of a larger bookmaker. The sites you’re mocking (138.com, fun88, 12bet etc.) are all owned by the Sun City Group – one of the biggest gaming conglomerates in China/Macau. It’s a far bigger group than Betsson.

Just had a chat with the agent and this is how it went:
Betsafe : Hi, my name is ……. How may I help you?
Me: Hi …… I was wondering if you can help me. I made 2 withdrawals on the 27th March and they are still appearing pending
Me: please could you have a look into it for me as I really need these funds in my account ASAP
Betsafe: If I can take your full name, date of birth and home address on the account I will take a look at this for you.
Betsafe: Thank you for this information, I will take a look at this for you.
Me: Lovely thank you
Betsafe: Okey I´ve taken some time to look through this and I can see that your withdrawals is still being processed with security checks, this might take a few days, you will get notified by email as soon as the process is done, sorry if this takes time.
Me: ok would uploading additional documents help the timeframe of this
Me: I am worried about this as it has been over a week since I requested this withdrawal
Betsafe: I know, I understand your frustration. This will get resolved just give it some more time and you will see these funds on your account soon.
Betsafe: We haven´t requested any further documents from you so this is not relevant at this time.
Me: ok I will trust you and your colleagues with this one
Me: and hope it comes through ASAP

+0Right good update it has been approved and will be in my account within the next 5 days. I can imagine they had a lot to deal with last weekend.
I think the lesson for the future is if you go for offers on less well known sites with rollovers it can be an idea to punt it. Use the main sites for the bread and butter money! Thanks for people’s support and I really hope everyone gets their money on the other thread.
Let’s hope for a good aintree week and national although I feel the offers will be more contained from certain sites this week.
