they cannot and will not try to withhold your winnings, just go ahead and withdraw. They end the e mail with “you can continue to use your account recreationally” implying they know you have been matched betting but encouraging you to lose money to them like every other mug punter-wan***s.
I went on chat this morning they credited my outstanding free bets with no issue.
