Betway – Missing Free Bets

Has anyone else NOT received any expected free bets from Betway for the Money Back first and last race offer? I was running 2 accounts and both are missing a £10 free bet.
In addition, neither account has been credited with the £5 free bet for yesterday’s Man City v Liverpool offer.
Suspect that both accounts have been stealth gubbed..

I lost an account on Thursday…. they claimed they emailed me but I didn’t receive one.
Caused a stink on twitter and they gave me the missing free bets.

Realised that I am not missing any Cheltenham bets (used 2 x £10 free bets on the same horse, d’oh!) but no City v Liverpool bets on either account yet. They did say up to 24 hours after game finished though, so hopefully they will hit my accounts and I haven’t been stealth gubbed.

Think they stealth gubbed people. My mate who I was helping over Cheltenham got restricted before the last race on Friday. I have no problem in them Gubbing people but it is criminal of them not to inform you.

Not got mine from yesterday either and I’ve just checked my settled bets and I’m missing one from the last race Friday which is especially shit because I didn’t lay it off… Thinking it’s the last race, I’ll have a punt and get the tenner back if I lose…

I think that I was stealth gubbed as well. Placed bets on the first and last for the first two days of Cheltenham and never received the free bets. Rang them up to find out when I could expect to see them in my account and they told me that I had been excluded from all promotions.
Despite them saying that they had emailed about this I found absolutely nothing in my inbox. Ironically the last email I received from them was the one advertising their Cheltenham offer…

Bear in mind that the T&Cs of the Chelts offer were that the free bet expires after 24h. My last race on Friday free bet was credited, but I didn’t login again till Sunday, by which time it had expired! 🙁
