Thistlecrack is vunerable in my opinion as is Limini in the 4.50
+0Remember guys to check out your each way bets. I’ve been arbing all festival on the eachway side of things and it’s allowing me to take higher QLs on the win. (Thus help me cover markets to reduce Smarkets variance and commissions)
In particular look out for paying 1/4 for 1-2-3.
A quick way of doing things is to scroll down to ‘place’ market on Smarkets and check what’s got a low price, then compare it to the bookie. If 2 horses have the same ‘place’ lay odds and Smarkets, but they have a different price at the bookie, it’s likely you’ll find some value.
To work out. Odds subtract 1, divided by each way odds, then plus 1
1/4 odds for horse at odds of 9:
1) 9-1 = 8
2) 8/4 = 2
3) 2+1 = 3I.e.

Wouldn’t punt it on Thistlecrack…if he wins you get £25 from the free bet but that’s not risk free…if you’re patient youll be able to get £22 guaranteed from it…up to you though of course.

Why risk that AM for just £25 when you could wait and extract a guaranteed £22.50? There will be good back and lay, lots of evening races and football tonight for example. As I said, I think Thistlecrack is vunerable so I wouldnt risk it if it were me.

Still haven’t got my Coral free bet….keep saying they’re working urgently I think the day will be over before they credit it, won’t hold my breathe no doubt they won’t give me double tomorrow! Anyone else had theres?
