Coral Verification
-
Hey guys, I feel like I am in a bit of a pickle. I have been winning a lot on Coral (unfortunately) so now all my money is in there. I have requested withdrawal for £500 but now they want verification, which I have sent.
HOWEVER, I just read a review online from a guy in 2013 who said this happened to him, and then when he sent his valid documents they replied saying that his account could not be verified and would be shut. The kicker is this – they gave him the money he deposited back, but voided all his winnings. This would mean I’d lose a lot of money, so I am really worried. Do I hope that they don’t do this to me and take my chances? Or cancel my withdrawals and try and lose it all to the exchange?
Has anyone else had this kind of experience?

New to matched betting?
My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

Track record on betfair and experience of Corals and the way they operate -” if you keep winning ” is the key statement you made there.
+0Are you broken? If you think you have a strong edge on the market and are profitable (which is great), then effectively hedging those bets by backing on your Coral account is ridiculous. Why not try and withdraw your money, instead of making losing bets?
+0Corals account is now successfully run down to zero as I mentioned earlier in posts- enough said.
Experience with that outfit – see earlier communication here!+0Based on your argument that there is no chance of you ending up with your whole bankroll in Coral (which is statistically impossible), you’d have made more money if you’d placed your bets on the exchange as normal and simply withdrawn the Coral balance, would you not? Anyway, you have to be trolling.
OP, you’ll be fine with verification. Don’t attempt to transfer your money from Coral to the exchange as it could make your situation far worse.
+0Mark,roly24 is a numpty and obviously doesnt listen.
If he had a sure fire way of laying losers whats he doing on here.
He could bottle the system and sell it.+0I think there should be some sort of ratings system for posters on this site. Posters like roly24 and some of the regular posters clearly have no idea what they’re talking about and I see them regularly giving poor advice to new matched bettors.
+0Guys – I should bow to you superior knowledge it seems!

Yes you should roly24 and like topiere says refrain from giving advice in future,
It would have been more informative if you gave details of why you had a problem with Corals and verification.+0In summary.
Verify your account and make the withdrawal. And thanks roly for trying to help but in this persons case it is poor advice. it could all get worse if they don’t have adequate knowledge of horses to pick a loser. 20/1 shots win every week, even 100/1 horses have won races….
+0Can’t agree guys – as I said – track record/ experience.
+0And I just correctly guessed that a coin flip would be heads!
+0Good call.
+0Just because you got lucky doesn’t mean you have a track record, why did you bother betting with the funds you had tied up on coral if you knew you wouldn’t be able to withdraw, what you’re saying makes no sense and is dangerous advice for others who believe your “track record”
+0Not lucky T – form/ stats etc etc etc
+0Roly, if you know that Horsey McHorseface isn’t going to win (or wins less frequently than the odds would suggest), then why would you even bother betting it on your Coral account? Either withdraw the balance, or if you’re unable to do so, the balance is meaningless anyway. That’s the point Topeire is making.
