No casino or poker but I’d also lost most bets with them – my balance is £1.27 so that tells you how often I won with them!

I got no email on this. Restricted from free bets here too. Only found out because I couldn’t opt in to the bet 20 get 10.
My chat agent said they are not sending out emails on this issue. So you will only find out if you contact them or if you notice they don’t credit a free bet.

Jesus, that’s grim FoG. Honestly thought that with their other business interests and the sheer size of they’re operations, they would be the last bookie to gub people.
Frightened to even approach live chat to enquiry about my own status now tbh, but would rather know in advance of Cheltenham. How would you even phrase the enquiry? “Excuse me, have you gubbed me?” Haha!
Guess I’ll just do the first race on Tuesday and see if the free bet gets issued – they’re usually pretty quick so it should be obvious if they aren’t forthcoming.
