  • So I did their bet £10 and get a £10 free bet. Stuck the £10 free bet on South Korea to beat Germany which obviously won.

Now they’re asking for a notorized copy of my ID before I can withdraw.

Would suggest avoiding this tinpot outfit.

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

Yes, this has been mentioned on here before. Surely you can refer to the regulators as this is clearly unfair.
Lots of bad reviews on these scammers.

It really pisses me off that they have UKGC licences as this attracts more people who presume they are safe.

I’m having alot of issues with K8 recently as well, they’re asking for more and more documents from me, I think they’re trying to pressure me into canceling my withdrawal and spending it, well i told them i’ll be closing my account with them as soon as my withdrawal is processed.

I’ve no interest having my money in an account i can’t trust to withdraw when i want.

Wasnt it just recently that bookmakers were being warned about unfair bonus t&cs and delaying withdrawls by asking for excessive id?

I tried to resolve on their live chat but got nowhere. Assume IBAS would be the best to complain to? May try AskGamblers first just to prove I’ve tried everything to resolve.

Obviously making me pay £100+ to withdraw £100 is unreasonable.

This has been all over the OddsMonkey forum. The good news is that you’ll get your money, but yeah, they are absolute atrocious, to the point of questions around legality.

I have the same problem with k8 Dan, keep getting asked for more ID then having the it rejected and having to do it again for a reason that wasn’t prior stated.

Just start to go down the regulatory route until they realise you won’t go away. Plaster them all over social media and you will get paid.

Like I said previously, I dont get how they receive the UKGC approval.

Anyone got any advice on the best way to complain to the regulator? Would it be the Gambling Commission or IBAS?

Took me about 2 weeks to get £20 out of them. I think if u do their offer and still end up with money left in them do some close match until you lose it all to exchange its much simpler and these guys couldnt organise a piss up in a brewery

You can only really escalate it to IBAS when the company itself has been unable to deal with your issue, the first step you should take is to go on live chat, request to speak to a manager, and give them a reasonable time frame, for example you can say, You have all documents that can reasonably be expected of me, process my withdrawal within 48 hours or i will escalate this to IBAS and close my account, they will likely not want the hassle of dealing with the regulator and process your withdrawal soon after that, i just hate how it’s a battle sometimes to get YOUR money out of bookies.

After all, they are quick to take your deposits aren’t they, no delays there.

I found these to be ok, since joining 2 weeks back I’ve had 3 random free bets, a £10, a £25 and a £75 from them, didn’t have any trouble withdrawing either, just the usual kyc stuff
