NetBet Withdrawal Help

I did the NetBet deposit bonus but it had already been done on a family members account. I have £120 left in the account and ive tried to withdraw it but theyve asked me to explain the similarities between the 2 accounts. Do they have any right to stop the withdrawal since nothing about multiple accounts from the same address is mentioned in the T’s and C’s. If they do have the right am i entitled to my deposit back £100 or should they only take the bonus back £50 leaving me with £70??

Any help appreciated.

Their terms and conditions state-

“Duplicate accounts are forbidden. Any accounts suspected as being connected in any way will have their bonuses and any winnings made from it removed immediately”

It’s not very clear at all though because there is no mention of whether another person from the same household can get the bonus.

Plus it is very vague, as in the terms are worded in a manner that suggests they can just make anything up to connect accounts.

What I would do, is go to live chat on someone else’s computer and just ask whether someone else in a household can get the bonus- or is only one person allowed? Screenshot the conversation then you may have some back up…
