Hi.
Could any of you let me know if I could take up these offer due to living in a foreign land.
I’m sure I tried to open a sky betting account and it was denied.
Appreciate any feedback 🙂+0February 18, 2016 at 3:49 pm

New to matched betting?
My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

Not sure about UK bookies, but nordic ones like betsafe/betson/nordicbet you should be able to use, betsafe have decent offers. the other 2 probably have some as well.
+0Swedish fella here! Most of the uk bookies are available in Sweden. Sky is one of those that is not. Some of the offers is only open to uk customers though.
You just have to read the terms before opening the account and also the offer specific terms.
However most of my profit have probably come from the bookies focusing on the nordic market like unibet, betsson, nordic bet and comeon
+0Thanks Char. I will be starting up very soon. Can you advise a decent exchange to use?
+0Swede here. I wouldn’t recommend using SEK or NOK as currency. It’s better to have everything in EUR. Create a bank account in EUR as well then you won’t have the currency losses. Not every bookie has a currency in SEK/NOK, but all of them have in EUR. It’s also easier to do bookkeeping in one currency instead of several.
+0Not sure how the Scandinavian offers work or the value of the currencies. But I’m in Ireland who use the euro.
I open all my accounts in GBP because a £25 GBP refund is worth a lot more than a €25 refund.
