Odds Matcher Tool Columns

Could you share some light on what the last column “Avail.” is in the Odds Matcher tool?
I thought it might be a quick way to check how much liability you would need for the lay bet at the exchanges but its not at all.
I have no idea what this column is telling me and whether its useful, if at all to look at?
