Restricted on Bet365 but cant withdraw!!

I have just had had the dreaded message from bet365 restricting my bets to peanuts after I won a few 50 pound bets at big odds on the channel 4 and feature offer races! I was in the middle of playing through a 50 pound on the move bonus and my current balance in the bank section are listed as:

Withdrawable: 600
Bonus: 1300
Total: 1900

Does anyone know what this means for my money? Im hoping I can clear it betting 50’s at even money but since I have no bonus tab in my members section anymore I have no idea.

Surely they cant just take that 1300? 🙁

Yep, it’s part of the rollover requirements so of it ain’t completed by the deadline (30 days for 365 I think) it’ll just disappear.

Once you hit the rollover the bonus in bank section will disappear and transfer to withdrawable. What kind of staking restrictions do you have? Ie £7 on a 8/1, £40 on evens.

thank god for that! i was worried i was going to lose 1300. im getting 50 and 100 stakes on all the odds on favorites in the football tonight! so should easily be able to clear 1300 in the next 2 days no problem

I’d hit them up on chat just to be sure as I’ve not been in the same situation, don’t want to be getting you into a heap more trouble should all you bets win.
