I am going to try and tip one supert style. Lady Nayef in Southwell in the 1:40 is 8.0 (which is 2.75 on the place part) on B365 and can guarantee an e/w profit right now on smarkets where he is 8.0 to win (with a decent amount of liquidity) and 2.6 to place.. I expect his price to shorten tomorrow just because I am on run of picking horses whose odds are shortening.

What you think of him supert/pbetts?

    Hi fog

    Not one I’d pick pal.
The tip for the race would be…
    ‘powerful wind’
    21/21
    6/5.5

Never backed the night before though. I think this price will get smashed in ?

I’ll have a little flutter in the exchange and put my money where my mouth is ??

Couple (possibly meaningless) thoughts on the prices-
Today’s oddness- is it just because new yrs day, less traders so markets not as fluid? I’ve barely done horses today but noticed the football markets odd and sneaked so teeny weeny bit by going to the top of the back queue given it was non existent rather than laying

Prices 8 mins before- as said above is the smarkets liquidity the issue? Not enough cash to cope with you guys doing the same so you actually distort the market. Like a couple minute burst of what you see when someone like Hills does a big footy price boost

I had a look at him too but hadn’t seen his lay drop as low as 21.

Anyway it’s weird, dusty blue is 2/1 on b365 and 14/1 on betfred. Weird.

Powerful wind is 12s with over half the bookies and to back on the exchange. So not really calling it getting “smashed in”, more that b365 will correct their price which is way off

The Twitter account is great for those starting out on ew arbing and needing a nudge in the right direction but once you’ve done a few, its very easy to find them yourself just by selecting an appropriate race and then having oddschecker open.

Incredibly grateful for the tips, made me some decent money and showed me the ropes but the ones I’ve found myself the last few days have been far more profitable (because I am finding them in my own time and not at 9am each morning). Also, as I always underlay the place lay, I wouldnt have won anything on the tips given the last 2/3 days so glad I’ve stuck to finding my own and not going for horses priced at 21 as they generally dont fare well. I’ve noticed the account goes crazy with tweets when a horse comes in but dies until the next day if they dont. I dont think subscribers are going to like that.

Apologies if I sound cynical or negative, I truly do appreciate the great tips and start out the account gave me, its been great.

Good luck with the premium service, hope you’re prepared for the expectation of your subscribers who will want good returns every single day.

Chris yes yesterday was not great for us either because we like you underlay the places… however if you matched betted the places yesterday you could have still made profit… eg i had £130 ew on lamb or cod at 12.0 place 3.75… place was 3.0 so could have taken ok profit but instead i just lost commission with a chance at £92.50 if it came top 4!!

Also some we cant post as prices move so quick…. just before show prices i had only £30 ew on tontos spirit @ 26.0 on the last second…. i took a £10 loss on the win but made £60 on the place because that one came 3rd (12.25 Cat)

Think some of you guys forget that we both have full time jobs aswell as trying to help our followers make some risk free cash! We dont financially gain from posting our tips they are real time that people can either chose to follow or ignore… a few guys message us asking for advice and we try to help them as much as we can… again in our free time for no financial gain

Some have made well over £1000 by taking some advised horses

Chris i have seen you post some of our tips on this forum from our tweets which you are more than welcome to do so it can be a bad service we are trying to offer???

It would be impossible for us to post every offer we do/every horse we back, we just try to give the ones there is time to do and where the price maybe there for a good few minutes before it changes.

    Good luck everyone

    Last 7 days…

    Poker school (bet365 C4)
    Amore alato (ew sweep)
    Bias des iles (bet365 £180 from 25ew 5th)
    Native river (0.5 boost)
    Master blue eyes (mbs paddy)
    Don Poli (place 6-4)
    Chandos belle (cough cough)
    Messire des obeaux (bet365)
    Ami Dosbois (place 6-4)

9 horses come in durung the last week
Let’s say 25ew (we do more) or £50 win (we do more) on all these, underplayed, and our other tips (which would cost you nothing when they didn’t come in) would have netted you…

    £450 in the last week.

Yeah didnt mean to sound critical, I was just saying that once you’ve got the hang of it, theres no need to look for tips.

supert – I havent posted any of your tips on the forum in the last week or so as yesterday was the first time I even opened twitter in a while. The only tip i’ve posted here recently was Chandos Belle which you also did but that was merely a coincidence based on the fact it was the best race of the day to go for and the appropriate race. Keen to point out I advised different odds at a different bookie.

The account is great seriously, keep up the good work.

very interesting pbetts, I was on some and missed others (was on 9 for the extra place). I admit I know absolutely nothing about horses though, how do you decide which horses you think will come in?

I’ve gone Richter Scale & Clubland in the 1.40, watching Englishwoman, Lady Nayef, Dusty Blue & Sarabi bounce around like a pinball at the moment, will have another look later

Still a newbie to this. So thought i would have a little look last night and see if i could see anything.

The one i picked out was Lmntrix in the 3.40 @ Southwell. At the time he was 10.0 and paying 3.25 for the place.

Now in to 7.4 for the win and 2.60 for the place. Wish i had put a few more quid on. But as the saying goes from small acorns.
