William Hill's, refusing some of my bets, not others??

  • I know a few got the gubbing email from hills yesterday, I was expecting one but never came!

    Got on this morning and placed some quali bets for the mbs offers today, no problems. (Fairly short odds)

    Then they just credited my £50 Acca refund from yesterday, found 3 good matches at around 12/11.5;
    The first, when I tried to place they offered £2.50 @ 12, the rest at 9.0.
    Second I tried was similar but £10:£40
    Third one was not quite as good match but 10.0/10.0 and they accepted the full £50!

    What’s going on???

  • New to matched betting?

    My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

    No, it was on this afternoon’s racing, big C4 races so thought it would be as safe as anywhere.
    My main concern is I’ve been doing a load of Acca’s, need to be able to cash in my free bets at good odds when I get them out I lose all value!

    Done my C4 MBS bets with Hills this morning and got the gubbing email soon afterwards

    Just hoping they honour the bets if horses do finish second

    Same, properly gubbed now! Running out of bookies, this may be all over soon!

    I’ve been on live chat arguing my bets were on before the gubbing. They said get in touch once the bets are settled if there’s a problem.

    I had reduced stakes but no email. I just did one horse at odds of 10.
    Later that night i got the email
    Next day the horse won so at least i took another £100 off them ha ha

    These gubbings dont seem to affect price boosts? So ill leave some cash in there just in case
