Willy hills free bet problems

I have 2 willy hills accounts both with free bets in ready to use, when I add the free bet to the bet slip the place bet button goes blank so I can’t press it yet if i place the bet with real money there’s no problems, anyone else having trouble or anyone got any ideas ?

I’ve been having this problem on my mobile, I downloaded the app last night and worked ok.
The site seems to have become too complicated for the browser so freezes, and doesn’t always properly load betslip which i think is the freebet issue.

Similar problems for me too. I’ve been able to use my free bets on the desktop site using my laptop, but not on my mobile having tried a few different browsers.
Bit annoying when I have to redeem my reward points for a free bet on my mobile, and then turn to my laptop to use it, but hey ho, not a biggie.

+0Spent ages trying to get this sorted on live chat. Eventually I was told I’d have to use telephone betting to use my free bet.
