Withdrawing from Netbet – help!!!!
-
Hi guys. I’ve tried to decipher the T+Cs on netbet but just want to confirm something before I try to withdraw.
I have a £100 bonus in the account. I started off with £100 “real money” to lose, before ideally loosing all bets to the exchange. However, all my bets keep winning on there and have eaten my exchange account dry! I now have £450! (£350 real money + £100 bonus). Can I withdraw £350 leaving my £100 bonus to try and lose, or will I lose the bonus if I make any sort of withdrawal?
As I understand it, I can do that but I will have to complete a rollover amount/lose the bonus money.
Thanks.

New to matched betting?
My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

“All Rollover must be complete before you can withdraw (or transfer any winnings to casino platforms) otherwise any bonus or winnings made from it will be forfeited.”
Assuming it’s similar to the 365 offer, if you withdraw anything now you’ll lose the bonus.
+0You will lose the bonus element if you make a withdrawal.
Not 100% sure but I think you need to rollover the initial deposit 6 times before you can make a withdrawal.
You should have checked the T & C ‘s before embarking on the account opening and you should have ensured you had enough funds in your exchange account to cover all the rollover requirement bets winning.
Your best bet is to do a deal with a mate to borrow £450 for a week so you can top up your exchange account. Then agree to pay him back £470 when you have met the rollover requirements.Otherwise you will lose the bonus element if you withdraw.Have you checked how long you have to meet the rollover requirements ?
Often the timescale is upto 90 days so if you expect funds coming in soon you should still be ok.Before you open another account make sure you fully understand theterms and conditions but more importantly to have the funds to feed your exchange account in the case where your rollover bets keep winning.
Having multiple times your initial deposit + bonus is a way the bookies are making it more difficult to extract funds from the opening offers, but if you knew what you were doing you should have been able to extract £40 from your opening offer bonus of £50
+0as above
+0Spoke to a lad at work who was thinking of opening a bet365 account. Hes not interested in matched betting and doesnt have a exchange account. He was kind of excited that whatever he put in bet365 were gonna match it. I managed to persuade him not to even bother claiming the bonus or he could end up in all sorts of trouble.
+0Pickle the bet365 opening offer is the best around if you have funds of £1,200.
Deposit £200 and get £200 matched bonus.Rollover requirements are 3 times initial deposit , so settled bets of £1,200 are required. You should be able to extract £180 from your bonus of £200.
In addition they also give you a 50% bonus , upto £50 , of your highest bet made by mobile.Again you should be able to extract £40 from that £50 bonus.£220 is a great intro offer and should not be sniffed at if you have the funds available and know what you are doing.
+0Pickle do a deal with your mate.
Guide him through it and split the £220 50/50 with him.
If you do it tonight you could both benefit from tomorrow’s offer and get a further £30 !!!!

Funds and a bit of know how.
Nativity often shows through in this offer!+0Yep. I agree its a rookie error. Please be patient with a noob! I’m off to temporarily move my savings around…..! Thanks for your help.
I’ll wait to build my bank before I do bet 365!
+0By the time is completed netbet intro offer, I had £1600 in there to withdraw.
I did a reload and it was another £800 into netbet. You can make good money from these offers, but you must understand the rollover requirements and have the bank roll to see it through.
As a side note, taking long odds can generally be a good idea as you’re likely to lose and not have to do the rollover and is therefore more profitable. However if you do win it could tie up a lot of funds. If that’s going to be an issue just take lower odds and accept doing the rollovers, and there is still a chance you will lose to the exchange.
+0Thanks For the advice Blank. I’ll be honest, I played around with available odds on odds monkey and discovered even with a 95% extraction rate I’d be loosing money with the rollover requirements that would eat into the free bet. I withdrew the cash and forfeited the bonus as I could do with the money in my exchange.
I’ve made several errors this week that have cost me money, but I’ll take it on the chin as part of the learning process. I’ve still made £300 this month so it’s not all bad!
Coming from a year or so spent dabbling with trading I’m fully au fait with the principle of matched betting but clearly have a lot to learn in relation to how to maximise profits.
I appreciate all the advice on here and look forward to being able to contribute myself.
+0Patrick, he’s not really my mate and he’s not interested in matched betting at all. I’ve told him exactly what to do with the Arsenal game and the bonus is still there for him to use later if he changes his mind.
