Read my post. It says “3 WORKING days”. I made the withdrawal last Wednesday morning. I don’t consider it reasonable that they have not even started processing it yet.
When I make a withdrawal on Smarkets (or any reputable bookie) the withdrawal is processed by the next day at the latest.

Really neccessary to make another thread on this considering the other one where you highlight the same issue is still showing on page one? Your threads are starting to dominate this forum.

Apologies, didn’t notice the working. Point still stands however, make your complaint after the 5 days is up as per the terms.
Edit: Obviously 5 days is not in their terms then, give them till end of today

No worries Felt, I asked them to put me in touch with somebody who could actually answer my question and they’ve now confirmed when it’s being processed.
