10Bet 50% ACCA Bonus

I have received an email from 10Bet, offering a 50% deposit bonus. However, the roll-over requirements state that all bets must be placed on ACCAs with 3 or more selections, each selection at 1.60 or higher, and must be rolled over 3x times etc.
Originally I thought that guaranteed profit was impossible from this. However, as some of you may know, Betfair run ACCAs which you can lay, many of which have 3 selections. Therefore, I could back a 3 selection ACCA at 10Bet, then lay it at Betfair, and considering there is usually atleast one selection which fails, this could be a good money maker, as I get these offers regularly from 10BET
I just wanted to know if I am thinking about this correctly, or am I making a horrible mistake somewhere? And has anyone else ever done these offers with any success?
