188bet -1.5 or higher with 4-fold acca.

Hi All,
There is a lot of talking about accas in this forum, all cases are low odds accas though with events @ ~1.2. Some bookies have actually minimum odds requirements of 1.5 (for example 188bet) although it only has to be a 4-fold acca.
Does anyone play this type of offers? Do you have any examples on how to crunch this deal?
