None of the odds seem that close with the lay prices at the exchange at the moment, the best I can see is a number of countries giving about a £3 QL, so if you think you can get £18 from the free bet, that gives odds of 6 on Germany to win, when you can currently get 5.5 @ Smarkets.
If you think a team will qualify from the group stages, maybe do the lay when they’ve finished?
