I’ve already played through the 30 on the sports side, however I’m yet to attempt the casino side of things.
Does anybody have any hints or tips on how I should approach things?

I had the same issue so decided just to throw the whole £30 on one spin on Starburst. Worked out well for me with a £1,500 spin…of course thats very unlikely.
+0If the wager is 30 times or more, i have a relatively successful method but it involves having experience of slots and using your own funds.
I would do 50p spins on a net ent slot with a bonus feature.
Play the £30 and you want to aim to lose the entire bonus amount without hitting the bonus feature.
Once the bonus is lost, you no longer have to wager the turnover but as far as the slot is concerned, you’ve played £30 of spins. The bonus feature will not be far off as these things are on a payout %.
Play on with own funds until you get the bonus feature.
As mentioned, only do this if you have experience of slots and a feel for the game you are playing and the bonus feature etc.
Alternatively, play the bonus amount on higher stakes and hope to hit a big payout, big enough where you can turnover the wagering and make a profit, this will be very rare though.

Think of it like this, you wager £10 and it’s pointless.

+1Pickle, why wouldnt it work, it has to return something to you, if you have wagered £30 at 40p/50p a spin, playing on for £10-£15 of your own money is a great position if the first £30 was free bonus money.
+0I used to ‘force’ the old £25 jackpot fruit machines, it is kind of the same thing- they are set to pay out and have to.
With a fruit machine, if it is full and no on has taken a big win, it will be profitable to play and push for the big win.
Casino gives you £30 head start, same principle.

Probably coz you can go hundreds of spins without getting a bonus but also get a few in grouped together. In other words they’re supposed to be a lot more random nowadays. I’m no expert but I did a bonus where I had to play through £3500 with 50p spins. I know there were times when I went ages without. In fact I ended up playing starburst as it was easier. Took 11.5 hours and made £460 profit.
+0Johnbo, the online ones are played by hundreds of people at once. Unless there is something unique to that persons session on a bonus for example then you could be feeding other players wins.
Imagine trying to force your £25 jackpot but letting 10 other people take a turn for each £1. Or if you ever saw them the link ‘mega’ jackpots some amusements had where one machine would drop a bigger jackpot but the others considerably less
+0Ah i see your points, i had always thought the bonus feature on netent slots was player specific and more likely to come in the longer you play.
Obviously many people are playing at once so what you are saying makes sense 😉
That said, this method has worked quite well for me, provided it is net ent and a relatively frequent bonus feature slot, such as reels of chaos, etc

The best game to play on betvic would be the guns n roses slot as this has the highest rtp %
Just take it as you are not getting 1p from the £30 and anything else is a bonus.
If however they offer you deposit £100 they match £100 with only a 10 x rollover on the bonus take it…. play guns n roses £2 spins and you should be in profit after 500 spins
