Bet365 – £125 Grand National Refund E/w Bets!

  • Hi All,

The Bet365 offer has landed! Simply you cannot afford to miss this offer!

In preparation, knowing this was likely to drop, I’ve built us an “extra place” calculator that will do all the crazy maths for you to save you having to do it!

It can be found here: https://www.antodev.com/extraplace

Lets hit 5th place again guys!

    Cheers
    Anto

Yep… Rather than back the one horse why don’t you spread it across 5 runners and that way spread out the liability?… You only need to cover the greatest liability in this case

Hi the_don, just a quick question to see if you found the deal using a Scandinavian account?

I’ve had to message these crooks to see if they will accept a bet from me. Last time I tried to bet my max stake was £10!!

Someone asked if this is only for the UK: seems to be, don’t see the offer anywhere.

@heathbet, I asked the Swedish support and he said that this Bet365 offer isn’t available to Swedes. I didn’t ask him about the other Nordic countries but I wouldn’t be surprised if this is just a UK offer. Very unfortunate!

Morning all. Great calculator, thanks for all the effort. I’m just wondering, as I haven’t seen anyone else ask it…..

Rather than backing/laying just one horse for £250 (125 e/w) for say £80 guaranteed/£400 potentially, am I right in thinking I could back 2 for £125 (62.5 s/w) for £40 guaranteed/£200 potentially? This would still give me a guaranteed return of £80 but give me two shots at a 5th place, albeit for a smaller reward?

Or indeed the same logic but extended to 3 horses….

Yep beaser that would work FACT

The only thing to point out is you would only get the channel 4 4/1+ free bet offer on the first horse you back (that is free bet if it wins). So if you back 2 horses that free bet migth only be £62.50 not £125 etc etc

Either way we are winning FACT

Great calculator btw, for the grand national e/w terms are we entering 1/4 or 1/5?

Apologies if this is a question born out of my stupidity, but I am using calculator ant provided (thanks btw, not questioning the calc), and I am getting losses of £80+ if the horse doesn’t finish exactly 5th. What am I missing?

    1/4.

Sounds like you have put something in wrong tuna.

Am I right in thinking that if I don’t have the liability available to do this in one go I can put on multiple smaller bets and the only liability I would need is that of the highest exposure horse (e.g. highest odds)?

How much do we think the lay odds will tighten on this? I’m away this weekend so won’t be able to get the bet on. Would it work to put the lay odds in at something more favourable and hope they come in? For example may clouds is 11 for win and 5 for place. Would putting lay odds of 10/4 respectively match closer to the race start?
