I have seen some people suggest that Bet365 will match a price boost (e.g. Betfred). Whenever I check their site I never see any sign that the price has been boosted to match the Betfred price. How does one go about getting a bet at the boosted price? Does it normally show up on the site or do you have to ask for some sort of price match from support?

they will only match the price when the price boost is actually boosted, so whenever fred puts his price up, 365 will just put their prices up to match for 10-15 minutes or so.
It will just be the price on the website, no need to contact support.
