Bookie Age Verification

  • Hi guys,

We all know that we have to verify our age with bookies for legal reasons. I’ve recently managed to create a 2nd account with a bookie under my own name because I’ve moved address since creating my 1st account which was gubbed from offers a year ago. I’ve also used a different payment method so everything is good there.

I need to verify my age and passport is my only option. My question is do they record the passport number when we send them such documents? I used the same passport years ago to verify the old account. Or should I be okay?

Do they simply just look at it or record all the info on it? Thoughts?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

I’d be very surprised if they didn’t record all of the details that you send them and I would imagine the combination of your name and DOB may flag something up when it comes to be verified.

Put Dan for name instead of what’s on documents but they can’t say anything about that. I think you’re right about the recording info from documents though… not sure what to do

What happened in the end Dan? I’ve been gubbed by most of the bookies and feeling quite desperate about all the money I’m missing out on.

Only just saw your message in this now Chris. Basically I’ve done nothing about the verification and have instead started losing the money out of the account and into the Exchange by backing and laying.

I’m over laying bets and using a martingale system to do this. I’m going to take my time with it. If I keep the stakes small it’s no problem at all. I’m also doing more matched betting in the account. I made hundreds on the account matched betting last month.

I have more than 1 account with a few bookies and it really drives the earnings up.
