Yep as far as im aware…they advertise the place terms as say 5 places so they would strugggle to then not pay out

SO william hill are going 5 places but 1/5 odds too!! I don’t actually see that as any better or worse than 4 places 1/4 odds :/
Question for those in the know…when were bookies allowed to change these place terms from (i.e. 1/4 to 1/5). I thought it was all automatic depending on the type of race and number of runners…surely if they do have this promotional market they still MUST have the 4 places 1/4 odds one? FACT?

Racecourse you’ll get 1/5 and even 1/6 for some racesNow I’m not sure if I look at a different type of race now I’ve started matched betting as I maybe only looked for bigger fields 4 place each way bets….. but I’m sure 1/4 used to be pretty standard for online going further back
