My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

Yep as far as im aware…they advertise the place terms as say 5 places so they would strugggle to then not pay out

23 runners last year in this race, currently 24 lined up

Without any short price favourite going to be tough to find the value

Have to be like a hawk on the prices

SO william hill are going 5 places but 1/5 odds too!! I don’t actually see that as any better or worse than 4 places 1/4 odds :/

Question for those in the know…when were bookies allowed to change these place terms from (i.e. 1/4 to 1/5). I thought it was all automatic depending on the type of race and number of runners…surely if they do have this promotional market they still MUST have the 4 places 1/4 odds one? FACT?

Was more the other way around that bookies offered 1/4 instead of 1/5.
Racecourse you’ll get 1/5 and even 1/6 for some races

Now I’m not sure if I look at a different type of race now I’ve started matched betting as I maybe only looked for bigger fields 4 place each way bets….. but I’m sure 1/4 used to be pretty standard for online going further back
