Help rolling over

Hi. I just started and my first bonuses went good as i won them on smarkets. But now im having trouble rolling over one bonus because i keep winning on the bookie side. Every time i roll my bonus over i feel like im losing more of my bonus. Is this accurate am i losing the more times i rollover? or is it just my idea? and what is the best way to rollover your money when your money gets stuck on the bookie side? or do i literally have to wait until i win the whole thing on the exchange side?
