How to calculate a 100% Profit boost ticket
-
Hi,
I have been given an 100% Profit boost ticket, but I have to make a selection with minimum 3 bets.
So if I find 3 bets, how do I need to calculate how much to lay it for?
I know that the 3 games must be played at overlapping times in order to lay the other bets if the first one is a winner.
Thanks in advance!

New to matched betting?
My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

You can use my Sequential Lay Calculator for this > https://matchedbettingblog.com/sequential-lay-calculator/.
You just need to enter your boosted odds as the back odds and ensure that your three selected matches don’t overlap.
+0Hi Matt,
The problem there is when that the first match is a loss then the calculator is setup up to win 0.
Example:
Leg 1 loses
£ 25.00
£ 25.00
= £ 0.00
Leg 2 loses
£ 25.00
£ 27.92 £ 52.92
= £ 0.00
Leg 3 loses
£ 25.00
£ 27.92 £ 59.10 £ 177.16
= £ 65.14
All legs win
£ 350.00
£ 27.92 £ 59.10 £ 197.84
= £ 65.14So I want to use it as where my profit would be the same outcome on all legs instead of Risk free or Guaranteed Profit?
I hope you understand me what I’m trying to say here.Thanks.
+0Unfortunately, the calculator isn’t able to break it down in that way.
When it comes to the last leg, we have a choice between locking in a guaranteed profit or letting it run for a risk-free shot at a larger potential return.
+0What should I do then with the odds?
Pick the first two bets and hope they win?
Do you have any tips for that one? Ofcourse I know that the first game could be a loss and then?
Thanks!
+0Probably too late for you now but..
You could lay an accumulator on Smarkets and find the exact same 3 fold on your bookmaker
With the 100% boost there will be a decent amount of profit in the odds
+2Hey Ryan,
Yeah that could be a solution to thanks!
